32252. The second member shall be a member of the county forester and firewarden department and a member of the system. He shall be elected by the members of that department who are members of the system, within 30 days after the date on which the system becomes operative, in a manner determined by the board of supervisors.(Added by Stats. 1947, Ch. 424.)
