32253. The third member shall be a member of the county fire protection districts personnel and a member of the system. He shall be elected by the members of the county fire protection districts who are members of the system, within 30 days after the date on which the system becomes operative, in a manner determined by the board of supervisors.(Added by Stats. 1947, Ch. 424.)
