If any county has all of its fire protective personnel under the jurisdiction of a single fire protection district or a series of fire protection districts and has no fire protective personnel under the jurisdiction of a general county forester or firewarden, the second and third members shall be elected from the members of the fire protection district who are members of the system.(Added by Stats. 1947, Ch. 424.)
