Elections in cities organized pursuant to Division 2 (commencing with Section 34400), or its predecessors, shall be held pursuant to Chapter 3 (commencing with Section 9200) of Division 9 of the Elections Code, except as otherwise specifically provided.(Amended by Stats. 1994, Ch. 923, Sec. 62.
