36514.5. City council members may be reimbursed for actual and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of official duties. Reimbursement for these expenses is subject to Sections 53232.2 and 53232.3.(Amended by Stats. 2005, Ch. 700, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 2006.)
