The commissioners from the several cities shall meet and consider the desirability of the joint acquisition and development of a water supply and the plans and terms they deem feasible and equitable. If they agree upon the plans and terms, they shall report them to their legislative bodies.(Added by Stats. 1949, Ch. 79.)
