The apportionment of all costs of acquisition, construction, operation, and maintenance of the joint properties shall be made upon the basis of the amount of water proposed to be apportioned to the several cities, unless a different apportionment of costs is agreed upon.(Added by Stats. 1949, Ch. 79.)
