§ 39561

39561. The legislative body may declare by resolution as public nuisances, and abate:(a) All weeds growing upon the streets, sidewalks, or private property in the city.(b) All rubbish, refuse, and dirt upon parkways, sidewalks, or private property in the city.(Added by Stats. 1949, Ch. 79.)
