§ 39731.2

Neither the State nor any subdivision, authority, or agency thereof, nor any public corporation, district, or authority, shall construct or operate any bridge, tunnel, or transportation facility, which by its operation, will compete with and materially damage the property or injure the business or revenues of any toll-ferry system owned by any fifth or sixth class city, without first making adequate provision for just and reasonable compensation for the damage or loss of the property and revenues of such ferry system.(Added by Stats. 1953, Ch. 735.)
