37392. A city or any of its departments may lease or sublease land to the state for housing personnel and equipment, or to the State Adjutant General for military or armory purposes, for not to exceed 99 years.(Amended by Stats. 2002, Ch. 454, Sec. 16. Effective January 1, 2003.)
