37605. The board of hospital trustees shall meet at least once a month at the time and place it fixes by resolution. The president, or in the absence of the president, the president pro tempore, or a majority of the trustees may call a special meeting by serving written notice upon the other members by following the procedures prescribed in Section 54956 or 54956.5.(Amended by Stats. 1992, Ch. 72, Sec. 6.
