37614. The board may prescribe the duties and powers of the hospital administrator, secretary, and other officers and employees of the hospital. The officers and employees shall hold their offices at the pleasure of the board of trustees.(Repealed and added by Stats. 1992, Ch. 72, Sec. 14. Effective May 28, 1992.)
