The city may incur a bonded indebtedness pursuant to Article 1 (commencing with Section 43600) of Chapter 4 of Division 4, for the acquisition of real or personal property for the hospital and its construction and equipment.The question of incurring such an indebtedness may be submitted at the election determining whether a hospital is to be established.(Amended by Stats. 1985, Ch. 106, Sec. 67.)
