43623. The bonds shall be signed by the mayor, or such other officer as the legislative body authorizes by resolution adopted by a two-thirds vote of all its members, and the city treasurer. They shall be countersigned by the clerk or a deputy clerk.(Added by Stats. 1949, Ch. 79.)
