After three years after a bond election the legislative body may determine, by ordinance adopted by a two-thirds vote of all of its members, that no part of the bond issue remaining unsold shall be issued or sold. When the ordinance takes effect, the bonds remaining unsold and described in the ordinance become void.(Added by Stats. 1949, Ch. 79.)
