43792. The notice shall state the amount available for the redemption of bonds and specify the time and place the proposals will be opened. At such time and place, all proposals shall be opened in public. Any or all proposals may be rejected in the discretion of the legislative body.(Added by Stats. 1949, Ch. 79.)
