50474.5. Whenever a local agency rents or leases hangar space at any airport owned or operated by it, the local agency may regulate the conduct of aircraft maintenance or repairs for compensation at or in the hangar space, but may not prohibit the renter or lessee from performing maintenance or repair on aircraft owned or controlled by the renter or lessee.(Added by Stats. 1984, Ch. 791, Sec. 1.)
