The contracts, leases, licenses, concessions, or privileges shall be subject to the same limitations as to duration of term provided by law for the granting of leases, licenses, concessions, or privileges to, or the entering into of contracts with, private persons or agencies.(Added by Stats. 1949, Ch. 81.)
