The notice shall be published at least once a week for two successive weeks in a daily, semiweekly, or weekly newspaper of general circulation in the local agency or assessment district and shall be posted conspicuously for five days on or near the door of the legislative body’s chamber.(Added by Stats. 1957, Ch. 1923.)
