An authority may, subject to the approval of the governing body, do all of the following:(a) Sue and be sued.(b) Have a seal and alter it.(c) Have a perpetual succession.(d) Make and execute contracts and other instruments necessary or convenient to the exercise of its powers.(Added by Stats. 1984, Ch. 1550, Sec. 1.)
