An authority may issue bonds pursuant to the Revenue Bond Law of 1941 (Chapter 6 (commencing with Section 54300) of Part 1 of Division 2), except that, notwithstanding Section 54309, 54309.1, 54310, or 54311, an authority may issue bonds to finance an energy project under this part.(Added by Stats. 1984, Ch. 1550, Sec. 1.)
