The office shall not delay implementation of the enhanced '911' emergency telephone system in those portions of cities or counties, or both, served by a local telephone corporation that has equipment compatible with the enhanced '911' emergency telephone system.(Amended by Stats. 2013, Ch. 353, Sec. 105.
