53316.4. The agreement entered into pursuant to Section 53316.2 shall contain a description of the facilities and services to be provided under the agreement, and any real or tangible property which is to be purchased, constructed, expanded, or rehabilitated.(Added by Stats. 1984, Ch. 269, Sec. 6.
