Except as otherwise provided in this article, the legislative body may, at any time, after conducting a public hearing, eliminate one or more of the types of facilities and services specified in the resolution of formation of the district but may not finance any types of facilities and services that were not specified in the resolution of formation.(Amended by Stats. 2007, Ch. 670, Sec. 81.
