In addition to the other changes that may be made pursuant to this article, the legislative body may use the procedures of this article to gain authorization to accept bonds tendered in payment of special taxes or at a foreclosure sale pursuant to Sections 53344.1 and 53356.8.(Added by Stats. 1997, Ch. 946, Sec. 1.
