53348. At the time and place fixed for the hearing on the resolution declaring the necessity for incurring the bonded indebtedness or at any time and place to which the hearing is adjourned, the legislative body shall proceed with the hearing.(Added by Stats. 1982, Ch. 1451, Sec. 1.)
