If the area designated in the resolution adopted pursuant to Section 53351 does not include the entire community facilities district, a separate ballot shall be prepared for the vote upon the proposition to authorize bonds and to levy a special tax for payment of the bonds and only the voters entitled thereto shall be given the ballots.(Amended by Stats. 2007, Ch. 670, Sec. 101.
