§ 53356.9

(a) Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter or any other provision of law applicable to foreclosure action, the judgment of foreclosure and sale of a lot or parcel pursuant to this chapter shall not terminate or otherwise affect the rights of the holder of an easement in that lot or parcel.(b) No provision of this section shall be interpreted as limiting any rights otherwise agreed to under existing contract.(Added by Stats. 1998, Ch. 113, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 1999.)
