§ 53364.5

53364.5. Any bonds issued by the district may be made callable by resolution of the legislative body adopted at or prior to the time of issuing the bonds. When bonds are made callable a statement to that effect shall be set forth on the face of the bonds. Callable bonds may be redeemed on any date prior to their fixed maturity in the amounts, manner, and prices prescribed by the legislative body.(Amended by Stats. 2007, Ch. 670, Sec. 112. Effective January 1, 2008.)
