53365. Notice designating the bonds called for redemption shall be mailed to the underwriter or other first purchaser and to the registered owners of the bonds to be called by first-class mail. The notice shall be mailed not less than 30 nor more than 90 days prior to the date fixed for redemption.(Repealed and added by Stats. 1991, Ch. 1110, Sec. 33.5.)
