53369.4. (a) A city may form a district to finance a project or projects on a former military base pursuant to the requirements set forth in this chapter.(b) A district formed under this section may finance a project pursuant to this section or Section 53369.3 only if the project is consistent with the authority reuse plan and is approved by the military base reuse authority, if applicable.(Added by Stats. 2014, Ch. 775, Sec. 1.
