53395.3.5. Notwithstanding subdivision (b) of Section 53395.3, a district may reimburse a developer of a project that is located entirely within the boundaries of that district for any permit expenses incurred and to offset additional expenses incurred by the developer in constructing affordable housing units pursuant to the Transit Priority Project Program established in Section 65470.(Amended by Stats. 2012, Ch. 162, Sec. 66.
