53920. As used in this article:(a) 'Local agency' means city, county, or other public or municipal corporation.(b) 'Fiscal agent' means any bank within or without the State which is authorized to pay the principal and interest of bonds of any local agency.(Added by Stats. 1961, Ch. 116.)
