Under such conditions as the treasurer of a local agency fixes, with the approval of the legislative body, he, or fiscal agents, or other duly authorized agents, may destroy or cremate any or all bonds and any or all coupons pertaining thereto which have been previously paid or canceled.(Added by Stats. 1961, Ch. 116.)
