This article shall govern the distribution of proceeds of any sale by a local agency of real property for taxes or special assessments, except where the sale is conducted and the proceeds are accounted for as provided in Division 1 (commencing with Section 101) of the Revenue and Taxation Code.(Added by Stats. 1977, Ch. 648.)
