Upon the receipt of the certified copy of the resolution establishing the revolving fund and the filing of the required bond, the county auditor shall draw his warrant in favor of the officer for whose benefit the revolving fund is created and the county treasurer shall pay the warrant.(Added by Stats. 1976, Ch. 333.)
