§ 53826

All such notes, tax anticipation warrants, or other evidences of indebtedness shall be offered at public sale by the legislative body after not less than two days advertising in a newspaper of general circulation within the county, within the county having the largest area within the regional park district, or within the city, as the case may be, and not less than three days after the last day on which the advertisement is published.(Added by Stats. 1949, Ch. 81.)
