Notwithstanding the requirement to provide repairs in subdivision (b) of Section 54237, the Department of Transportation may offer a residence or property in an 'as is' condition at the request of a person given priority to purchase pursuant to paragraphs (2) and (3) of subdivision (a) of Section 54237.(Added by Stats. 2013, Ch. 468, Sec. 3.
