Except those properties the Department of Transportation has in escrow as of August 15, 1997, to sell, the Department of Transportation shall not dispose of any surplus property in the City of South Pasadena prior to January 31, 1998.(Amended by Stats. 2001, Ch. 745, Sec. 105.
