If the jurisdiction of the local agency to order a proposed act is not affected, an omission of any officer or the local agency in proceedings under this chapter or any other defect in the proceedings shall not invalidate the proceedings or bonds issued pursuant to this chapter.(Added by Stats. 1981, Ch. 1092, Sec. 1.)
