Territory which has become annexed to a local agency which has authorized the issuance of bonds pursuant to this chapter, and which territory shall use the services, facilities, or water of the enterprise, shall become subject to the rates and charges imposed by the local agency for such use.(Added by Stats. 1951, Ch. 630.)
