By their legislative bodies two or more local agencies may also enter into an agreement with each other for the joint use by them of any outfall sewers and conduits already constructed in whole or in part in the streets or other public places of any such local agencies upon the terms their legislative bodies determine to be proper.(Added by Stats. 1949, Ch. 81.)
