The legislative body of a local agency and the legislative bodies of one or more cities or sanitary districts may enter into an agreement with each other for the joint use by them of any conduits or lines which have been wholly or partially constructed in the streets or other public places of any of the local agencies upon the terms their legislative bodies declare by agreement to be proper.(Added by Stats. 1949, Ch. 81.)
