56073.1. 'Resolution of application' means the document adopted by a local agency or school district initiating a change of organization or reorganization pursuant to Section 56654 or the document adopted by a commission pursuant to paragraph (2) of subdivision (a) of Section 56375 or by subdivision (c) of Section 56879.(Amended by Stats. 2017, Ch. 334, Sec. 5.
