§ 56105

Any protest or objection pertaining to the regularity or sufficiency of any proceedings or commission proceedings shall be in writing, clearly specify the defect, error, irregularity, or omission to which protest or objection is made and shall be filed within the time and in the manner provided by this division. Any protest or objection pertaining to any of these matters which is not so made and filed is deemed voluntarily waived.(Repealed and added by Stats. 1985, Ch. 541, Sec. 3.
