Whenever any notice is required to be given and the duty of giving that notice is not specifically enjoined upon some officer, agency, or person, the clerk or executive officer, as the case may be, shall give notice or cause that notice to be given.(Repealed and added by Stats. 1985, Ch. 541, Sec. 3.
