56337. A city, county, or district officer may serve as a member of the commission while holding office as a city, county, or district officer. If a member who is a city, county, or district officer ceases to be an officer of a city, county, or district during his or her term, his or her membership on the commission shall be considered vacant.(Amended by Stats. 2004, Ch. 355, Sec. 4.5.
