Proceedings for a special reorganization shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures otherwise prescribed for incorporation of a city, including, but not limited to, the provisions specified in Sections 56720, 56800, 56810, and 56815. Notwithstanding any other provision of this division, an election, if required, shall be conducted in accordance with Sections 57119 and 57132.5.(Added by Stats. 2000, Ch. 761, Sec. 110.
