56822.5. The hearing referred to in Section 56822.3 shall be held by the commission at the time and place specified or to which the hearing may be continued. After the conclusion of the hearing, the commission shall adopt a resolution disapproving the proposal made by the resolution of intention, approving and ordering the proposal without reference to a special district advisory committee, or ordering the proposal referred to a special district advisory committee for study, report, and recommendation.(Added by Stats. 2000, Ch. 761, Sec. 126.
