A reorganization or a plan of reorganization shall provide for one or more changes of organization of any type for each of the subject districts and may provide for the formation of one or more new districts pursuant to the principal act or acts designated in the reorganization or plan of reorganization and Section 56100.(Repealed and added by Stats. 2000, Ch. 761, Sec. 130.
